The award-value bands for a NAICS over the last 12 months of FPDS prime awards (FAR Part 13 context:
buys at/below the $350k Simplified Acquisition Threshold use streamlined procedures, and the $15k-$350k
band is reserved for small business under the FAR 19.502-2(a) Rule of Two). Returns the per-band award
counts and, for the simplified-acquisition band, the offices by award count with the number of distinct
firms that won and the set-aside share. Facts only; the reader interprets. Pair with /positioning (the
language) and /naics/{code} (the whole-market picture).
