# SAM entity lookup by UEI (every plan)

`GET /api/v1/entities/{uei}`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Single SAM-registered entity by UEI.

Returns registration block (status, dates, expiring_soon flag) and entity
block (legal name, DBA, address, NAICS/PSC, business-type certifications,
decoded labels, CAGE codes).

Every plan (any active API key). A Pro key also receives the SBA profile and
award and subaward totals; the full company view is `/companies/{uei}` (Pro).
