# Single contract by PIID — latest action + roll-up + optional subaward enrichment

`GET /api/v1/contracts/{piid}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://govconapi.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the LATEST transaction row for this PIID plus a roll-up of
obligation/value totals across every transaction (mods included).

Detail-style response per ARCHITECTURE.md §4.2 — singular `contract` key
at top level; `subaward_rollup` enrichment as a sibling, NOT nested.
Pro-gated subaward enrichment via contacts_access per §8.4 (Free tier
sees the contract record but no subaward block).
