# Create a webhook subscription (push on new lots)

`POST /webhooks`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://govauctions.app/api/v1`
- URL: `https://govauctions.app/api/v1/webhooks`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

We POST matching new lots to your https endpoint as they enter the feed. Payloads are raw per-lot records, so GSA only, like /listings. Signed with HMAC-SHA256 in X-GovAuctions-Signature; the secret is returned once, at creation. Delivery is at-least-once: dedupe on lot id.

## Response `201`

Created; the response carries the signing secret once

## Other responses

- `403`: Webhooks not in plan, or subscription limit reached
