# Stop the chat's sandbox using a project's database.

`DELETE /ai/conversations/{public_id}/sandbox/projects/{project_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `/api` (relative, and the document was published on a file host, not at the API’s origin)
- URL: `/api/ai/conversations/{public_id}/sandbox/projects/{project_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

## Response `200`

Sandbox disconnected

- SandboxConnections: What linking the sandbox to services gave it.
  - `connected_service_ids` integer[], required: Services the sandbox can now reach.
  - `project_ids` integer[], required: Projects the sandbox is now linked to services through.
  - `services` ConnectedService[], required: Every service the sandbox is now linked to.
    - `project_id` integer, nullable: The project the link was made through, if it was made through one.
    - `service_id` integer, required
  - `skipped_service_ids` integer[], required: Linked services left out because their type cannot give a sandbox credentials of its own yet.
  - `variable_names` string[], required: Names (never values) of the variables commands now run with.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Insufficient permissions
- `404`: Conversation or sandbox not found
- `409`: The chat has no linked sandbox
- `500`: Internal server error
- `503`: This server has no sandbox backend
