# Make a UUID

`GET /http/uuid`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://gorest.co.in/public/v3`
- URL: `https://gorest.co.in/public/v3/http/uuid`
- Auth: one of:
  - none
  - HTTP bearer

A new UUIDv7, which sorts by the time it was made.

## Response `200`

A new UUID.

  - `uuid` string, uuid, required

## Other responses

- `401`: No token, or the token is wrong, expired or revoked.
- `429`: Over the rate limit; wait `Retry-After` seconds.
- `500`: Something failed on the server.
