- VideoFormat: Contains information about supported video formats.
  - `fileType` 'FLV' | 'THREEGPP' | 'MP4' | 'WEBM' | 'M3U8': File type of the video format.
  - `id` integer: ID of the video format.
  - `kind` string: Identifies what kind of resource this is. Value: the fixed string "dfareporting#videoFormat".
  - `resolution` Size: Represents the dimensions of ads, placements, creatives, or creative assets.
    - `height` integer: Height of this size. Acceptable values are 0 to 32767, inclusive.
    - `iab` boolean: IAB standard size. This is a read-only, auto-generated field.
    - `id` string, int64: ID of this size. This is a read-only, auto-generated field.
    - `kind` string: Identifies what kind of resource this is. Value: the fixed string "dfareporting#size".
    - `width` integer: Width of this size. Acceptable values are 0 to 32767, inclusive.
  - `targetBitRate` integer: The target bit rate of this video format.
