- Country: Contains information about a country that can be targeted by ads.
  - `countryCode` string: Country code.
  - `dartId` string, int64: DART ID of this country. This is the ID used for targeting and generating reports.
  - `kind` string: Identifies what kind of resource this is. Value: the fixed string "dfareporting#country".
  - `name` string: Name of this country.
  - `sslEnabled` boolean: Whether ad serving supports secure servers in this country.
  - `tvDataProviders` string[]: Output only. The TV data providers supported in this country.
