`GET /v1/{+parent}/items`

Requires [user authentication](https://developers.google.com/workspace/chat/authenticate-authorize-chat-user) with the [authorization scope](https://developers.google.com/workspace/chat/authenticate-authorize#chat-api-scopes): - `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/chat.users.sections` - `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/chat.users.sections.readonly`
