`GET /api/v1/taxonomy`

Industry taxonomy — sectors and industries for filter dropdowns.

Returns the canonical sectors and industries from the classification taxonomy.
`label` is the value stored in the DB (industry_sector / industry_name);
`display_name` is the human-readable string for UI. Each industry includes
`sector_label` so the UI can scope industry choices to a selected sector.
