The outcome-recipe bank — jobs-to-be-done answered in one call (ADR-034).

Each recipe: the buyer phrasings it answers, the exact browse filters that
accomplish the job, what each score means FOR THIS JOB, honest caveats
(no score encodes intent, consent, or opt-in), and nearest-miss traps.
Plus the vertical code tuples (plain word -> industry/NAICS/SIC/MCC/GMB
as this data actually carries them). Recipes carry probe filters, never
counts - run the filter to get today's number.

## Query parameters

- `job` string, nullable: Filter to recipes whose job or phrasings match this text (case-insensitive substring).
