Neighborhood geography words for a state — every named neighborhood, Census
Designated Place, and alias the gazetteer knows, each as the filter chip it
resolves to (`{field: 'neighborhood', op: 'eq', value: <canonical name>}`).

For the page grammar and the interpreter: a buyer's "capitol hill" or
"south austin" matches a `word` here and becomes a `neighborhood` chip.
`has_polygon` says whether records can carry the stamp; point-only names
ship `lat` / `lon` / `radius_m` so a radius predicate can stand in for the
missing polygon. Empty until the gazetteer is loaded for the state
(docs/reference/NEIGHBORHOOD_SOURCES.md).

## Query parameters

- `state` string, required: State code (e.g. CO, FL, TX)
- `q` string, nullable: Case-insensitive substring filter on the word
- `limit` integer
