`GET /api/v1/pipeline/jobs/{job_id}/results`

Browse or export the entities touched by a pipeline job.

Uses the run manifest (preferred) or falls back to stage_run.metrics for
pre-manifest jobs. Returns lead data inline (browse) or as a presigned
download URL (export).

Query params:
    stage: Filter to a specific stage (e.g. 'skip_trace', 'geocode'). Default: all stages.
    format: 'browse' returns lead data inline, 'export' returns a presigned download URL.
    export_format: 'csv' or 'json' (only used when format=export).
