Top industry *names* (finer than sector) for the Inventory name treemap.

A dedicated, cached aggregation — kept off the `/leads/summary` fast path
(state_stats) on purpose. Each item carries the same `{field, op, value}`
filter shape as the rest of the system (Rule 12), so a treemap tile
deep-links straight into a Browse cohort. Cached 5 minutes — the
distribution moves slowly and is identical for every buyer on the state.

## Query parameters

- `state` string, required: State code (e.g. FL, NY, CO, VA)
- `include_non_operating` boolean: Sellable-only counts by default; set true to include non-operating entities.
- `include_existing` boolean: Include existing businesses with a new filing: companies opening a location here, local owners who formed their company in another state, businesses back in business, established businesses under a new entity, moved, or with a new trade name. Default False — Just started only (a brand-new business), matching every file sold as new businesses. Naming a filing_kind in `filters` implies it.
- `include_registrations` boolean: Deprecated alias of include_existing (kept one release so saved links resolve).
