# Create Schedule

`POST /api/v1/gm/schedules/{rule_name}/create`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.goodleads.club` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://app.goodleads.club/api/v1/gm/schedules/{rule_name}/create`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Create one registry-declared, free rule in EventBridge — DISABLED only (ADR-067).

Takes a rule NAME and nothing else: the command, cron and target are all
built server-side from the registry entry, so a caller cannot supply or
alter what will run. Eligibility is re-derived here on every call
(`schedule_create.assess_creation`): registered, not pinned, not parked,
not the deliver layer, no vendor-paid stage, a real cron + command. The
rule is written State=DISABLED; turning it on stays the separate,
preflight-gated enable path. Idempotent: an identical live rule is a
no-op, a live rule with a different command is refused.

## Path parameters

- `rule_name` string, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- unknown

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
