`GET /api/v1/gm/findings`

## Request

List agent findings with optional filters.

## Query parameters

- `state` string, nullable
- `status` string, nullable
- `finding_type` string, nullable
- `priority` string, nullable
- `domain` string, nullable
- `memory_route` string, nullable: Filter by memory_route (episodic/semantic/procedural/working)
- `author_agent` string, nullable: Filter by evidence.author_agent. Surfaces findings that reference this agent's work — used by the four-layer briefing binder so a state GM sees EM's feedback on its own PRs at session start.
- `active_only` boolean: Exclude superseded findings
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer
