`GET /api/v1/gm/economics`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.goodleads.club` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Enrichment unit economics per state.

Returns contact coverage, enrichment spend estimates, and vendor hit rates.
Served from a short per-process TTL cache (see note above) — pass
``fresh=true`` to force a recompute.

## Query parameters

- `state` string, required: Two-letter state code
- `fresh` boolean: Bypass the per-process TTL cache and recompute now. Leave off for routine reads — warm responses are what keep this endpoint inside agent tool budgets (mirrors data_quality_service's scorecard cache).
