# Event Stream

`GET /api/v1/events/stream`

SSE endpoint for live tile updates.

The browser connects once using EventSource. Events arrive when
data changes — tiles re-fetch only the affected data.

Falls back gracefully: if SSE disconnects, the grid's 60-second
polling catches up. SSE is an acceleration layer, not a dependency.
