Search the public template catalog by natural-language query.

## Request body

- SearchTemplatesInput: Natural-language search request over public or owned templates.
  - `query` string, required: Natural-language description of the template you are looking for.
  - `filter` 'mine' | 'all': Which templates to search: 'mine' for ones you published, or 'all' for the public catalog.
  - `limit` integer: Maximum number of ranked results to return (1 to 10).
