Transfer template ownership to another Goodeye user. Owner only.

## Path parameters

- `template_identifier` string, required

## Request body

- TransferTemplateOwnershipInput: Input for ``POST /v1/templates/{template_identifier}/transfer-ownership``. Mirrors ``transfer_skill_ownership`` body shape: a UUID string or an email address resolves to a user. Team targets are rejected at the service layer with ``InvalidGranteeType``.
