        - `scope` string, uri, required: Reference to the scope of the value. Possible values are: + Domain scope: `/gdc/domains/{domainId}` + Project scope: `/gdc/projects/{projectId}`
        - `name` string: Optional name for the specified record
        - `id` string: Generated ID
        - `value` string[], required: List of expressions to match allowed hosts
