# Execute a process

`POST /gdc/projects/{projectId}/dataload/processes/{processId}/executions`

## Request body

- ProcessExecution
  - `execution` object, required
    - `graph` string: name of the graph, DEPRECATED
    - `executable` string, nullable: executable id
    - `param` object
    - `params` object
    - `hiddenParams` object

## Response `201`

Created - creates a new graph execution task, returns a link to poll for result

- ExecutionTask
  - `executionTask` object, required
    - `link` object, required
      - `poll` string, required: URI to poll for task status
      - `detail` string, required: URI to detail resource for this task

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request - projectId in URI and ProcessExecution doesnt match
- `404`: Not Found - process or graph within a process cant be found
- `410`: Gone - process cant be executed
