# Export partial metadata

`POST /gdc/md/{project_id}/maintenance/partialmdexport`

**Request**

* `exportAttributeProperties` (boolean, optional) - Specifies whether to include drill-down attribute settings and label types in partial export.
    **Default:** `0`

* `crossDataCenterExport` (boolean, optional) - Specifies whether export can be used in any datacenter.
    **Default:** `0`

**Response**

* `status` (uri) - The URI where you can poll for the status of the export.

* `token` (string) - The token to use to import the exported metadata.

  - `partialMDExport` object, required
    - `uris` string[], required: list of objects to export
    - `exportAttributeProperties` union
      - '0' | '1': whether export should be usable in any Data Center
      - 0 | 1: whether export should be usable in any Data Center
      - boolean: whether export should be usable in any Data Center
    - `crossDataCenterExport` union
      - '0' | '1': (default false) whether to add necessary data to be able to clone attribute properties
      - 0 | 1: (default false) whether to add necessary data to be able to clone attribute properties
      - boolean: (default false) whether to add necessary data to be able to clone attribute properties
