# Update security settings of the given domain

`PUT /gdc/domains/{domainId}/securitySettings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://secure.gooddata.com`

Provide a possibility to add the SSO provider to security settings of the given domain.

In the request body, specify the following **mandatory** parameters:

- **samlSsoProvisioningProviders** (array of strings) is the list of SAML SSO providers which can do automatic JIT user provisioning.

	The number of this list should not be greater than 10 and be valid to update.

- **serviceProviderInitiatedSSOProviders** (array of strings) is the list of SSO provider for service provider initiated login.

	The number of this list should not be greater than 1 and be valid to update.

  - `securitySettings` object, required
    - `samlSsoProvisioningProviders` string[], required: The list of SAML SSO providers which can do automatic JIT user provisioning.
    - `serviceProviderInitiatedSSOProviders` string[], required: The list of SSO provider for service provider initiated login.

The security settings are updated successfully.

- `400`: The API call failed due to a validation error. Check the response for details.
- `403`: The API call failed because you are not a domain administrator in the domain.
- `404`: The API call failed due to domain not found error. Check the response for details
