Accepted - generate model from CSV

- NewAsyncTask: New taskman async task used in all new API resources. It contains `links` element in plural which complies with our API rules.

    - `links` AsyncTaskPollLink, required
      - `poll` string, uri, required: URI of the polling resource

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `403`: Forbidden - if current user is not the owner of the project
- `404`: Not Found
- `500`: Internal Server Error
