  - `tracking_number` string, required: The tracking number provided by the shipment carrier for tracking the package.
  - `shipment_provider_name` string, required: The name of the shipping provider (e.g., DHL, Ninjavan, Rida).
  - `tracking_url` string: The URL for tracking the shipment
  - `generate_template_waybill` boolean, nullable: To Generate Dummy waybill based on preconfigured template
