`GET /registries/{id}/info`

Success

- RegistryInfo: The registry info contains the base info and capability declarations of the registry
  - `type` string: The registry type
  - `description` string: The description
  - `supported_resource_filters` FilterStyle[]: The filters that the registry supports
    - `type` string: The filter type
    - `style` string: The filter style
    - `values` string[]: The filter values
  - `supported_triggers` string[]: The triggers that the registry supports
  - `supported_copy_by_chunk` boolean: The registry whether support copy by chunk.

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not found
- `500`: Internal server error
