# List all sprouts

`GET /api/v1/sprouts`

Returns a list of all sprouts known to the farmer, including key
state and connectivity status. RBAC scope filtering is applied
when the user does not have global view access.

## Response `200`

List of sprouts

- NATSEnvelope — Standard NATS proxy response envelope. On success, `result` contains the response data. On error, `error` contains a message string.
  - `result` unknown
  - `error` string — Error message (present only on failure)

## Other responses

- `502` — NATS communication error — farmer unreachable or returned an error
