`POST /registrations/{registration}/answers`

Create an Answer for a Registration

  - `question_id` integer, required: Primary identifier of associated Question

Success

- Answer
  - `answer` union: Answer content. A string for most question types, but a JSON boolean when the associated Question.type is 'boolean' -- see Answer::getAnswerAttribute().

  - `answerable_id` integer, nullable: Primary identifier of associated Fundraising Entity object. Required with answerable_type
  - `answerable_type` 'fundraising_team' | 'fundraising_page' | 'transaction' | 'campaign_registration', nullable: Type of associated Fundraising Entity. Required with answerable_id
  - `campaign_id` integer: Primary identifier of associated Campaign
  - `created_at` string, date-time: Date/time of initial record creation
  - `id` integer: Primary identifier of record
  - `member_id` integer: Primary identifier of associated Member
  - `question_id` integer: Primary identifier of associated Question
  - `updated_at` string, date-time, nullable: Date/time of last record update
