`POST /fundraising-pages/{fundraising_page}/channels`

Create Channel such as Facebook for Fundraising Page

  - `channel_name` 'Facebook' | 'Instagram' | 'DoubletheDonation' | 'GoFundMe': The name of Integration Channel
  - `external_fundraising_page_id` string: Channel provided Fundraising Page ID

  - `fundraising_entity_type` 'campaign' | 'fundraising page': GoFundMe Pro Fundraising Entity type
  - `id` integer: Primary identifier of record
  - `status` boolean: Whether the channel is enabled for the fundraising entity.
  - `metadata` object, nullable: Additional channel-specific settings in JSON format
    - `progress_metrics` boolean: Whether progress metrics are enabled on the Meta fundraiser page.
    - `external_fundraiser_id` string: The unique identifier of a Meta fundraiser.
  - `processing` boolean: Whether a MetaFrapi job is in progress for the associated fundraising entity
  - `updated_at` string, date-time: Date/time of last record update

## Other responses

- `400`: The requested Channel Integration is not allowed for this Campaign
- `403`: Requester is not authorized to perform action
