# Delete an AI Studio group

`DELETE /api/svc-registry/groups/{group_id}`

## Request

Purge the group's FGA references and soft-delete its catalog row.

Requires the configured Studio caller. Autonomous Terraform needs no group
FGA grant; runtime must forward a user.
Readonly and protected groups cannot be deleted. The catalog row is not
soft-deleted if any tuple deletion fails; earlier successful batches may remain.
With X-User-Authorization, require selected-scope Studio workspace owner and
the live group/organization boundary. Service grants cannot replace that user.
