`GET /api/shell-access`

## Request

Tell the host whether to mount the Shell for this caller.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- ShellAccessResponse: Whether the host may mount the Shell for this caller. ``account_count`` and ``has_platform_access`` are ``None`` when that probe could not be completed. ``decision`` is the admission result: ``unavailable`` still mounts the shell (fail open); only ``denied`` shows the no-access page.

  - `hasOrganizationAccess` boolean, nullable
  - `decision` 'allowed' | 'denied' | 'unavailable', required
