Refresh access token

## Request body

- JWTRefreshRequest: Refresh access token.
  - `refresh` string, required

## Response `200`

Refresh access token.

- SpectacularJWTRefresh: Refresh Access token.
  - `access` string: Your access token
  - `access_expires` integer: Access token expires in seconds

## Other responses

- `401`: Token is invalid or expired
- `403`: IP address not whitelisted
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
