Obtain JWT pair

## Request body

- JWTObtainPairRequest: Obtain JWT pair.
  - `secret_id` string, required: Secret id from /user-secrets/
  - `secret_key` string, required: Secret key from /user-secrets/

## Response `200`

Obtain JWT response.

- SpectacularJWTObtain: Obtain new JWT pair.
  - `access` string: Your access token
  - `access_expires` integer: Access token expires in seconds
  - `refresh` string: Your refresh token
  - `refresh_expires` integer: Refresh token expires in seconds

## Other responses

- `401`: Incorrect secret key or id
- `403`: IP address not whitelisted
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
