Create EUA reconfirmation

## Path parameters

- `id` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- ReconfirmationRetrieveRequest: EUA reconfirmation.
  - `redirect` string, uri, nullable: Optional redirect URL for reconfirmation to override requisition's redirect.

## Response `201`

Reconfirmation created

- ReconfirmationRetrieve: EUA reconfirmation.
  - `reconfirmation_url` string, uri: Reconfirmation URL to be provided to PSU.
  - `created` string, date-time: Reconfirmation creation time
  - `url_valid_from` string, date-time: Datetime from when PSU will be able to access reconfirmation URL.
  - `url_valid_to` string, date-time: Datetime until when PSU will be able to access reconfirmation URL.
  - `redirect` string, uri, nullable: Optional redirect URL for reconfirmation to override requisition's redirect.
  - `last_accessed` string, date-time, nullable: Last time when reconfirmation was accessed (this does not mean that it was accessed by PSU).
  - `last_submitted` string, date-time, nullable: Last time reconfirmation was submitted (it can be submitted multiple times).
  - `accounts` object: Dictionary of accounts and their reconfirm and reject timestamps

## Other responses

- `400`: There are no accounts linked.
- `401`: Token is invalid or expired
- `403`: Reconfirmation is not enabled for this company.
- `404`: Not found error
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
