`GET /outbound_payments/stats`

Retrieve aggregate statistics on outbound payments.

## Headers

Successful response

- OutboundPaymentStatsResponse: Statistics on outbound payments
  - `outbound_payments` object
    - `pending_approval_amount` integer: The amount sum of outbound payments with status `pending_approval`.
    - `pending_approval_count` integer: The number of outbound payments with status `pending_approval`.
    - `scheduled_amount` integer: The amount sum of outbound payments with status `scheduled`.
    - `scheduled_count` integer: The number of outbound payments with status `scheduled`.
    - `executing_amount` integer: The amount sum of outbound payments with status `executing`.
    - `executing_count` integer: The number of outbound payments with status `executing`.
