`GET /oauth/register/{client_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.gnosari.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-AUTH-TOKEN`

Retrieve a registered OAuth client's public metadata.

No authentication required -- matches DCR's open access model.
Never exposes client_secret or client_secret_hash.

Successful Response

- ClientReadResponse: Public client metadata returned by GET /register/{client_id}. Intentionally excludes client_secret and client_secret_hash.
