`POST /api/v1/webhooks/stripe`

Handle Stripe webhook events with signature verification.

This endpoint:
1. Verifies webhook signature (OUTSIDE UoW transaction)
2. Checks for duplicate events (idempotency)
3. Logs event
4. Processes event based on type
5. Marks event as processed
6. Commits all DB writes
