# Create Entity

`POST /api/v1/entities`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.gnosari.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.gnosari.com/api/v1/entities`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-AUTH-TOKEN`

Create a manual entity entry.

## Request body

- ExtractedEntityCreate: Schema for creating an ExtractedEntity (manual or AI-extracted).
  - `entity_type_id` integer, required: ID of the EntityType that defines this entity's structure
  - `agent_id` integer, required: ID of the Agent that extracted this entity
  - `session_id` string, nullable: Session ID from which entity was extracted
  - `attributes` object: Extracted attribute values
  - `notes` string, nullable: User notes about this entity
  - `confidence_score` number, nullable: AI confidence score (0.0-1.0)
  - `status` 'NEW' | 'REVIEWED' | 'ACTIONED' | 'ARCHIVED': Status of an extracted entity in the workflow.
  - `is_manual` boolean: Whether this was manually created
