`PUT /api/v1/billing/subscription/plan`

## Request

  - HTTP bearer

Upgrade or downgrade subscription plan.

## Request body

- ChangePlanRequest: Request schema for changing subscription plan.
  - `new_plan_identifier` string, required: New plan identifier
  - `proration_behavior` string: Proration behavior (always_invoice, create_prorations, none)

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- ChangePlanResponse: Response schema for plan change.
  - `subscription` object, required
  - `proration_amount` integer, nullable: Proration amount in cents
