# Checks with Eversign whether the transfer POA of a pending transfer has been signed online, and if it has, records it as PoaCompleted does. Unlike PoaCompleted, which the website calls from Eversign's redirect, the signature is confirmed with Eversign, so this is safe for agents to call.
