# Execute the specified tool

`POST /rest/api/v1/tools/call`

Execute the specified tool with provided parameters

## Request body

- ToolsCallRequest
  - `name` string, required — Required name of the tool to execute
  - `parameters` object, required — The parameters for the tool. Each key is the name of the parameter and the value is the parameter object.

## Response `200`

Successful operation

- ToolsCallResponse
  - `rawResponse` object — The raw response from the tool
  - `error` string — The error message if applicable

## Other responses

- `400` — Bad Request
- `401` — Unauthorized
- `404` — Not Found
- `429` — Too Many Requests
