`POST /rest/api/v1/getchatfiles`

Get files uploaded by a user for Chat.

## Query parameters

- `locale` string
- `timezoneOffset` integer

## Request body

- GetChatFilesRequest
  - `fileIds` string[], required — IDs of files to fetch.

## Response `200`

OK

- GetChatFilesResponse
  - `files` object — A map of file IDs to ChatFile structs.

## Other responses

- `400` — Invalid request
- `401` — Not Authorized
- `403` — Forbidden
- `429` — Too Many Requests
