# Delete Collection

`POST /rest/api/v1/deletecollection`

Delete a Collection given the Collection's ID.

## Query parameters

- `locale` string

## Request body

- DeleteCollectionRequest
  - `ids` integer[], required — The IDs of the Collections to delete.
  - `allowedDatasource` string — The datasource allowed in the Collection to be deleted.

## Response `200`

OK

## Other responses

- `400` — Invalid request
- `401` — Not Authorized
- `422` — Semantic error
- `429` — Too Many Requests
