# ListRunnerEnvironmentClasses

`POST /gitpod.v1.RunnerInteractionService/ListRunnerEnvironmentClasses`

Lists environment classes configured for a runner.

 Use this method to:
 - View available classes
 - Check class configurations
 - Monitor class status

 ### Examples

 - List classes:

   Shows environment classes for a runner.

   ```yaml
   runnerId: "d2c94c27-3b76-4a42-b88c-95a85e392c68"
   pagination:
     pageSize: 20
   ```

- `pageSize` integer
- `token` string

## Request body

- GitpodV1ListRunnerEnvironmentClassesRequest
  - `filter` GitpodV1ListRunnerEnvironmentClassesRequestFilter
    - `environmentClassIds` string[] — environment_class_ids filters the response to only environment classes with these IDs
  - `pagination` GitpodV1PaginationRequest
    - `pageSize` integer — Page size is the maximum number of results to retrieve per page. Defaults to 25. Maximum 100.
    - `token` string — Token for the next set of results that was returned as next_token of a PaginationResponse
  - `runnerId` string, uuid — The runner's identity

  - `environmentClasses` GitpodV1EnvironmentClass[] — The environment classes configured for the runner
    - `configuration` GitpodV1FieldValue[] — configuration describes the configuration of the environment class
      - `key` string
      - `value` string
      - `values` string[] — values is an ordered list value. A field uses either value or values.
    - `description` string — description is a human readable description of the environment class
    - `displayName` string — display_name is the human readable name of the environment class
    - `enabled` boolean — enabled indicates whether the environment class can be used to create new environments.
    - `id` string, required — id is the unique identifier of the environment class
    - `runnerId` string, required — runner_id is the unique identifier of the runner the environment class belongs to
  - `pagination` GitpodV1PaginationResponse
    - `nextToken` string — Token passed for retrieving the next set of results. Empty if there are no more results
