`POST /gitpod.v1.InsightsService/EnableProjectInsights`

Enables co-author insights for a project. Idempotent.

## Request body

- GitpodV1EnableProjectInsightsRequest — EnableProjectInsightsRequest enables co-author insights for a project.
  - `projectId` string, uuid — Project to enable insights for.
