# Get all external custom properties for a GitHub App installation in an organization

`GET /orgs/{org}/properties/installations/schema`

Gets all external custom properties defined for the authenticated GitHub App installation on an organization.

To use this endpoint, the authenticated GitHub App must have the `organization_external_properties_for_repos:read` permission.

## Path parameters

- `org` string, required

## Response `200`

- ExternalProperty[]
  - `property_name` string, required — The name of the external property

## Other responses

- `403` — Forbidden
- `404` — Resource not found
- `422` — Validation failed, or the endpoint has been spammed.
