# Stream a pull request attachment

`GET /api/repos/{owner}/{repo}/github/pulls/{pr}/media`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://git.cafe`
- URL: `https://git.cafe/api/repos/{owner}/{repo}/github/pulls/{pr}/media`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in cookie `gc-session`
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP basic
  - HTTP token

Proxies only a referenced canonical GitHub attachment. Supports a single bounded byte range and conditional requests. Requires authenticated authority and enforces current resource policy.

- `If-Modified-Since` string

## Response `200`

Attachment bytes.

## Other responses

- `206`: Partial attachment bytes.
- `304`: The attachment has not changed; no body.
- `429`: A rate limit is exhausted. Wait Retry-After seconds; the value is a hint, so back off on a repeat 429.
