# Ask GigNGo to tell nearby locals about a job

`POST /tasks/{id}/tell-locals`

## Request

GigNGo sends one push about this job to up to 10 locals who offered on a job in the last 30 days and live within 60 miles of it. GigNGo picks who; the partner never learns who, only how many. Only for a live job with no offer yet, under 3 days old, in a town whose meta.fill.towns stage is one_step. Once per job. Inside each local's weekly alert cap, push only, 8am-8pm in the job's time zone. Partner key with the `notify` scope. status: sent { told } | would_send { candidates, sendHoursNow } (dryRun=true) | later (outside send hours, try again) | off (not switched on yet) | refused { reason: not_open | expired | has_offer | too_old | not_one_step_town | already_asked }.
