# Get shared credit balance

`GET /v1/credits/balance`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://giggy.ai`

- Auth: API key in header `xi-api-key`

Returns the canonical account-wide shared credit balance after billing settlement. This is not remaining account or API-key budget headroom.

Current shared credit balance

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal error
- `503`: Required billing or database service unavailable
